Engineering Division

RSGCM Engineering Division provides the best outputs in conceptual design and design development. This division consists of a full-fledged Design Team capable of designing the CIVIL AND MEP Services for any size of projects, be it residential, industrial, or commercial.

Contracts & Estimation

RSGCM Contracts and Estimation Division consists of Quantity Surveyors and Estimators. This division is responsible for Tendering and Contracts Management.

Projects Execution

The RSGCM Project Execution Team carries out the entire Project Execution, Project Management, Installations, Testing & Commissioning, and Handing Over. This team receives feedback from other divisions of RSGCM based at our Head Office. The team varies in size and structure according to the project's requirements.

Programming & Planning

The RSGCM Programming & Planning Division is responsible for the complete project planning, from site mobilization to handing over of the project to the client to their entire satisfaction.

Specialized and skilled planning engineers execute project planning. Our application of planning is to:

  • Coordinate the works with the initial overall project plan
  • Establish practical logic sequences of activities
  • Create the objectives for all parties concerned to best fit technical and commercial aspects
Stage 1: Value Engineering & Strategic Appraisal

Manpower requirements and material supply schedules are prepared in conjunction with the tender documentation. Critical areas of pre-construction, installation, commissioning, and resource problems are highlighted.

Stage 2: Sub-Contract Program

Sub-contract work programs are prepared according to the Main Contractor's work program. Various methods, such as bar charts or critical path analysis, are employed to keep track of workflow, program activities, and detect conflicts for timely rectification.

Stage 3: Supporting Schedules

Schedules for the production of drawings, material procurement, and resources are developed simultaneously. These schedules help identify production problems, enabling remedial actions.

Stage 4: Progress Monitoring and Control

A labor performance monitoring system is used as a control tool to detect production shortfalls early. Material ordering and supply are also monitored to ensure timely procurement of basic items against the sub-contract programs.

Maintenance Division

The Maintenance Division is responsible for the complete maintenance of our projects during their defect liability period, with all necessary tools, instruments, and equipment.
